The Phantom portfolio is made up of four catamarans each one with particular characteristics ideally suited to its buyer.
Phantom 14', the smallest model in the line, is easily handled, light, and no problem to manage on land.
Phantom 16' is a compromise, in as much as it's the right mix between manageability and pure enjoyment.
Phantom Club as the name itself implies is suited for sailing schools, tourist resorts and families who prefer sailing in complete safety and ease whilst maintaining a high level of performance.
Phantom 18 for those in search of extreme sensations.
All the boats have similar characteristics: a sandwich-layered fibreglass hull, strengthened with special fibres, a totally watertight aluminium mast, thus consenting the boat to straighten up easily in the case of capsizal, even though Phantoms are particularly stable crafts. A winged mast can be supplied on request in parts so as to facilitate transport on a car roof, without in any way endangering safety in the water. All the profiles used in producing the craft are anodised, therefore intended to last in time. Fitting is of high quality and each block, see for example the spanker bogie, is assembled on balls.
The automatic pilot and the keels present on all current models (with the exclusion of the Phantom Club) make sailing on these especially resistant crafts even more pleasant.
Assembly on land is really easy, beams take two seconds to fit into the slots especially conceived in the casing without the aid of tools. The mast, thanks to a special base that fits in perfectly to the main support, can be easily lifted or lowered by two people.
All the other extremely simple operations won't make you waste any time, so that you will be quickly flying over the water in your own Phantom.
The Dacron sails cut in vertical sailcloth, make Phantoms powerful in any weather conditions be it wind or sea, but don't be daunted by the grit and determination these catamarans have, because they will give you and your loved ones many hours of great relaxation They all come equipped with jib and spanker, with the exception of the Phantom 14, which can be equipped with a spanker on request.
Lovers of high speed can further enhance their Phantoms by assembling a gennaker on 16', 18' and Club models.
